About
Lipsi is a small island of the Dodecanese group, at the eastern side of the Aegean Sea.
Its capital is the center of the island’s activities. The main port of the island also lies there, where ferries from Piraeus and other islands of the Dodecanese arrive daily.
In the town, you’ll find the majority of hotels, restaurants, shops and other facilities that will make your stay as comfortable as it can get.
What’s more, there is a public bus departing from the main town that serves itineraries to the island’s beaches. So Lipsi Town is, in many aspects, one of the best places to stay.
Close to the town, you’ll find two of the most popular beaches of the island: Lientou and Kambos, where several accommodation facilities are located as well.
The island’s seashores stand out for their crystal clear waters, peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking natural beauty. Most of them are unorganized, so they keep their unspoiled charm and laid-back atmosphere, rewarding the visitors with long relaxing days at the beach! For those who seek total isolation, Lipsi is full of charming secluded beaches, which can be reached either on foot or by bus from the town.
